Why FRUIT?

The fruit peel is an environmental friendly material that we can find everywhere in our daily life. Bring organic to the design or push design back to nature is a trend since last century. With the growing tension of the waste damaging, which can link to the fast fashion industry, it is time to change the current production behaviour to save the environment. so in this project, I will using fruit peel as the raw material to bring it into practice to design different kinds jewellery to echo this brief.

I used watermelon peel to make a hat and watermelon seeds to make a bracelet, and I used golden paint to make the bracelet look better
